Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee direct tax compliance, planning, and reporting.
• Lead tax audits, assessments, and client representations before authorities.
• Supervise and review audit engagements and financial statements 
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, auditing standards, and accounting policies^.
• Oversee and advise on transfer pricing policies and documentation^.
• Provide integrated solutions across taxation, audit, and accounting functions.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to build technical expertise.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships with timely advisory support^.
• Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives and business development.
• Drive process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Skills & Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA are preferred.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in taxation and tax compliance is needed.
• You should have strong knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations.
• The role requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• You must be able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• You’ll need exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in tax and accounting software is an added advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of the formation of Transfer Pricing Policy is also required.
