Job Overview: 

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing customer accounts, closing sales deals, and promoting company products and services. The role requires strong communication skills, customer service abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Conduct product presentations and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and sales agreements in line with company guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  •  Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. ∙ Minimum of 2 years sales experience; experience in corporate or service sales is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and basic reporting.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and results oriented.
