Realbiz Company Limited is a real estate company in Tanzania that specializes in selling plots of land and other property-related services. The company, founded in 2022, aims to provide affordable land ownership to Tanzanians, including those with lower incomes, through flexible payment plans.

We are looking for passionate sales and marketing officers to join our sales team. The sales and marketing officers’ responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls and meeting sales targets
Duties and Responsibilities

• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree holder -Marketing /Sales or Any relevant
• Previous experience in similar or related roles of at least 1 year
• Skilled communicator, negotiator and influence.
