The role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and visualizing business and sales data to support growth, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making across the organization

Sales Admin & Data Analyst Job Vacancy at DKT Tanzania

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze business and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Build dashboards and reports to track performance indicators at national, regional, and product levels.
• Provide data-driven insights to support sales, marketing, and management teams.
• Develop and automate reporting processes to ensure timely, accurate information flow.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer key business questions and support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One an advantage).
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent, and results oriented.
• Must be based in Dar es Salaam.
