Responsibilities:
- Ability to design, set, administer, and supervise assessment items.
- Ability to supervise field practices and undergraduate/postgraduate special projects/researches.
- Ability to mark student scripts and coursework assessment items and provide feedback.
- Ability to carry out consultancies and community engagement activities.
- Ability to prepare and deliver own teaching materials.
- Ability to conduct tutorials, seminars for undergraduate/postgraduate programmes.
- Ability to carry out independent research and publish.
- Ability to supervise research and other knowledge and skills development activities.
- Ability to mentor junior staff in the relevant fields.
Qualifications:
- Holder of PhD in the field of Law from an accredited Higher Learning Institution.
- Holder of a Master Degree in the field of Law from an accredited Higher Learning Institution with a GPA 4.0 or above.
- Holder of a Bachelor Degree in the field of Law from an accredited Higher Learning Institution (First class, or Upper second class, with a GPA 3.5 or above).
- Proof of sufficient publications in the areas of specialization and promotion letters to the rank of Associate Professor/Professor.
- Working experience of not less than 5 years in teaching, research, and publications.
