MCTV provides various services including residential fiber internet packages, digital TV with a range of channels, bundled TV and internet subscriptions, 24/7 customer support, and multiple mobile money payment options.

Milan Cable Television Ltd is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Procurement & Supply Officer in Arusha.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and supplier relationships.
• Computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks within the procurement and supply chain, including:

• Assisting with the preparation of the procurement plan and budget, and controlling resources within the procuring process.
• Preparing and submitting monthly procurement reports to management.
• Managing the payment processes for suppliers, including attaching invoices with the
• Local Purchase Order (LPO), requests, Goods Received Note (GRN), and inspection reports.
• Overseeing inventory control and management, stock taking, issuing, and stock recording.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective usage of the e-procurement system.
