CCBRT, or Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania, is a non-governmental organization and one of the largest providers of specialized healthcare and rehabilitation services in the country. It operates in Dar es Salaam and Moshi, with a hospital in Dar es Salaam. Since its founding in 1994, CCBRT has grown from a provider of community-based rehabilitation into a super-specialist referral hospital. It offers a range of medical services to both vulnerable and private patients, with profits from the private services reinvested into the subsidized care.

Responsibilities:

• Offer quality occupational therapy rehabilitation services to clients of CCBRT
• Oversee provision of seating clinic services in clinic and community settings
• Provide rehabilitation and counselling services as per CCBRT standards
• Data, Reporting & Donor/Partner Liaison

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Occupational therapy
• Licensed Occupational Therapist
• Member of Association of Occupational Therapist in Tanzania
• Computer literate
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Swahili
