Alliance Life Assurance is an insurance and financial services company based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. It is a subsidiary of Alliance Insurance Corporation Limited and specializes exclusively in life insurance products. Alliance Life Assurance offers a range of life insurance products for both individuals and corporate clients.

The company is looking for an experienced Life Insurance Unit Sales Manager to join the Team. The Unit Sales Manager will report to the General Manager Retail Distribution and will be based in Dodoma.

Responsibilities:

• Meet 100% of the sales budget of the team
• Recruit and onboard Retail Financial Advisors (RFAs)
• Lead and supervise a team of RFAs
• Organize presentations and train RFAs
• Maintain compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma/ Certificate in Insurance and Risk Management, Economics, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP)
• Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in Life Insurance
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
