Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
• Handle HR-related queries and provide administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
