China Petroleum Pipeline refers to China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. (CPP), a major state-owned engineering and construction company and a subsidiary of the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). Headquartered in Langfang, Hebei, CPP is responsible for building a significant portion of China’s domestic pipeline infrastructure and undertakes numerous large-scale international projects.

Selection Criteria

To be eligible for the Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be Tanzanian
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 30
• Must hold at least an Upper Second-Class degree or VETA Level III Certificate
• Must have graduated no more than 2 years ago
• Must provide an official academic transcript indicating graduation date and degree certificate or VETA Level III Certificate
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn, with an open mindset towards new environments, tools, and methodologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and across departments
• Excellent interpersonal skills ‘)\n- High level of adaptability, flexibility, and readiness to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Qualification

Bachelor’s in Public Health, Environmental Health, or related field, or VETA Level III Certificate in a related discipline
