The company was founded by Angelina Ngalula in 2005, with Bravo Logistics starting operations in 2006. Ngalula is also the Chairperson of the Tanzania Truck Owners Association (TATOA).
Bravo Group Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Transport & Logistics to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Group’s transport, fleet, warehousing, and ICD/CFS operations. The role is critical in driving efficiency, compliance, cost-effectiveness, and digital transformation while positioning Bravo Group as a leading logistics provider in Tanzania and the SADC region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the Group’s transport & logistics strategy and KPIs.
Oversee fleet operations, ICD/CFS, warehousing, and distribution.
Ensure compliance with transport, safety, environmental, and labour laws.
Drive digital transformation (ERP, TMS, GPS tracking, cargo visibility systems).
Lead cost control, budgeting, and financial performance reporting.
Manage risk, HSSE compliance, and emergency response.
Build and mentor high-performing teams across terminals and logistics functions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, or
Mechanical/Automotive Engineering; Master’s degree is an advantage.
Valid National & International Transport Manager CPC.
10+ years’ senior experience in transport and logistics, including ICD/CFS and fleet management.
Strong financial, operational, and stakeholder management expertise.
Proven leadership in digital logistics solutions and compliance with regulatory standards.
