Planet Lodges operates three eco-friendly properties in Northern Tanzania, including lodges in Arusha and near Kilimanjaro Airport, and a permanent safari camp in the Serengeti. Known for their African-style accommodations, lush gardens, and views of Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro, they offer a comfortable base for safari and mountain trekking adventures. The lodges are designed to serve as convenient and relaxing stops for travelers beginning or ending a safari or Kilimanjaro trek.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our team at Planet Lodges.

Requirements:

• Experience in the hospitality industry (Lodge, Hotel, or Camp)
• Knowledge of the ResRequest system
• Ability to respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, especially via email
• Strong communication and organizational skills
