Ithuba, which means “opportunity” in Zulu, refers to the official operator of the national lottery in both South Africa and Tanzania. The lottery aims to generate funds for good causes and create wealth for players. Ithuba Tanzania is the Licensed Operator of the Tanzania National Lottery.

Ithuba Tanzania is seeking an individual to support the growth and performance of client retail outlets by ensuring effective in-store execution and sales of lottery products. This role is responsible for monitoring store sales performance and providing hands-on support to store owners, managers, and their teams to help maximize lottery sales.

Requirements:

• Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE).
• Certificate or diploma in Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
• A minimum of 2 years experience selling technical products (such as cell phones) or selling FMCG products or cigarettes to Key Accounts, independent retail outlets or service stations.
• 3+ years sales experience in the gaming or lottery environment.
• A resident of Ruvuma with in-depth knowledge of the local terrain.
