It focuses on providing end-to-end HR solutions that are customized for the unique needs of different businesses, aiming to align HR systems with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive early childhood lessons aligned with the Tanzanian pre-primary curriculum.
• Design and implement daily lesson plans focusing on literacy, numeracy, language development, life skills, and creative arts.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment supporting holistic development.
• Assess children’s progress, developmental milestones, and provide feedback to parents.
• Support learners with different abilities through differentiated instruction.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership for continuity of learning.
• Participate in school events, co-curricular activities, and parent meetings.
• Uphold classroom management, safeguarding, and compliance with education laws.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience with knowledge of Tanzanian curriculum.
• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Strong communication skills in English and Swahili.
• Passion for early childhood education and effective collaboration skills.

Experience:

Minimum of 24 months teaching nursery or pre-primary learners.
