Holtan East Africa Limited is a top-tier construction and manufacturing company based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Founded in 1996, the company specializes in a variety of high-end building and infrastructure projects, as well as interior fit-outs and bespoke furniture. The company builds high-end commercial, residential, and hospitality properties, such as hotels, banks, and office buildings.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects and must be energetic, reliable, and a critical thinker capable of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, work schedules, and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Budget & Resource Management: Control project costs, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers; negotiate contracts; provide regular progress reports.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks; resolve delays or emergencies.
• Contract & Legal Compliance: Review contracts, secure permits/licenses, and ensure legal compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
• Professional certification: ERB or AQRB (mandatory)

PMP® certification (preferred but not critical)
