Responsibilities

• Monitoring the front desk and answering incoming calls, greeting customers as they enter the gym, and answering questions about the facility services
• Processing member’s applications and fees and issuing memberships
• Collecting payment from members for gym services rendered
• Explaining facility policies and procedures to new members and helping them get acquainted with the facility
• Try to involve in promotion and improve result

Experience

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any business related field

At least 3 years of working experience in a Front Office Management in a busy organization.
