What You’ll Do:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the camp, maintaining high standards in guest experience, staff management, logistics, and camp maintenance.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs, handling special requests, and maintaining service standards that align with renowned luxury safari brands.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years managing a high-end safari camp, preferably in the Serengeti or other Tanzanian national parks.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding guest experiences, with a deep understanding of luxury safari clientele expectations.
• Competency in budgeting, cost control, procurement, and general camp administration to ensure profitability and sustainability.
