HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for Branch Loan Officers who will be responsible for driving branch sales activities, conducting loan appraisals and recoveries, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer service to support business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Recruit, supervise, and retain sales agents to achieve branch sales targets.
• Conduct loan appraisals in line with credit and compliance policies, and support loan recovery efforts.
• Manage branch assets and inventory, ensuring proper use, maintenance, and compliance with company standards.
• Drive sales performance by implementing strategies for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Cross-sell loan products and convert leads from various channels into active clients.
• Ensure strict adherence to credit, customer service, collection, and compliance policies.

QUALIFICATIONS;
• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the financial sector.
• Good understanding of laws and regulations governing financial institutions in Tanzania.
• Knowledge of financial industry dynamics, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Strong ability to deliver results both independently and as part of a team.
