Responsibilities:

• Maintain the highest level of personalized guest service
• Coordinate guest activities and experiences
• Oversee daily operations across all departments
• Manage inventory, stock control, and procurement processes

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a managerial role at a luxury lodge or camp
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
