Role Purpose: 

Manage the employee life cycle—including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management,  compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee relations, policy compliance, and HR records—aligned to company strategy.

Key Responsibilities. 

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Draft JDs, post vacancies, screen and interview candidates, coordinate offers, and onboard new hires.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll inputs, benefits, leave, and advise on pay structures and statutory deductions/pensions.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training plans, track performance, and support career growth and skills
  • enhancement.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and manage disciplinary/grievance procedures fairly.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies; ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Record Keeping:Maintain accurate, confidential HR records (attendance, performance reviews, personal files).
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure HR activities support overall business goals and culture.

Qualifications & Competencies 

  • Diploma/Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 year HR experience; retail exposure is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of labour laws, HRIS, and best-practice HR processes.
  • Excellent communication, discretion, and stakeholder management skills.
