Stellar Bets is an online gambling company that operates primarily in Africa. It has sought employees with experience in the online betting and payments industries in the region, particularly Uganda. The company has previously posted job openings for roles based in Africa, most notably a Sales Service Representative position in Uganda. Stellar Bets has a board of advisors with experience in online betting and the African market. The team includes Stefan Schwarz, a former professional footballer, and Tony Kazyumba, an expert in digital payment integration and betting.

Due to our rapid growth, we’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager/Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop our retail iGaming affiliate network across Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Nigeria, Cameroon, and Ghana.

What you’ll do:
· Use your network and sourcing tools to find qualified candidates
· Ensure alignment with the desired affiliate profile
· Provide regular updates on recruitment progress
· Introduce prospective candidates to the role and its terms
· Support onboarding and basic training

Who we’re looking for:
· Experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
· Connections or background in the iGaming retail market
· Stable internet access and ability to work remotely
