- Prepare financial summaries, reports, and reconciliations.
- Maintain organized records, files, letters, and school documents.
- Attend to visitors, parents, and phone inquiries with professionalism.
- Support pupil records management and oversee school supplies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (basic accounting software is an added advantage).
- Strong integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to ethical practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
