The hospital provides both inpatient and outpatient services, including dental, diagnostic, dialysis, obstetrics, orthopedic, radiology, and surgical specialties. The hospital has a functional HFGC for supervision of all hospital functions and an active HMT for accomplishing all hospital functions at their respective departments.

Job Purpose

The Medical Doctor will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. The role involves working with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient well-being, implementing preventive healthcare measures, and supporting company health programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care

  • Examine, diagnose, and treat patients effectively.
  • Prescribe appropriate medications, therapies, or treatments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Provide emergency medical care when required.

2. Preventive & Community Health

  • Conduct health education and awareness programs.
  • Participate in preventive healthcare initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage outbreaks of communicable diseases.

3. Compliance & Ethics

  • Ensure medical practice complies with professional standards and ethical codes.
  • Adhere to Ministry of Health regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard patient information.

4. Collaboration

  • Work closely with nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare staff.
  • Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
  • Support the management team in health-related projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MD/MBBS) from a recognized institution.
  • Valid practicing license from the Medical Council (or relevant authority).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinical practice.
  • Strong diagnostic, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
